How we use your information

If you fill a contact form, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, and email address. As part of the buying and selling process, this enables us to both fulfill and support the products you purchase. When you browse our site, we also receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP). This allows us to learn about your browser and OS, to improve the experience for all users. With your permission, we may send you emails about new products, free and premium content, and special events.

At providing personal information to complete a transaction, we imply your consent to our collecting for that specific reason. These include completing a transaction, verifying your credit card, placing an order, or returning a purchase. For secondary reasons (i.e. newsletters) we’ll ask you directly for expressed consent. Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if there are law requestments, or if you violate our Terms of Use. We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to any third parties. This includes, but doesn't limit to, advertisers, strategic partners, or vendors.

Data Storage

Information’s security is important to us. We are committed to using reasonable measures to protect personal information we may collect. Yet, due to the Internet's open nature, we cannot guarantee that communications or storage on this site is absolutely secure.

Payments

If you choose a PayPal payment gateway, they’ll store your credit card data. It’s encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your data only stays while completing your purchase. After that, your purchase transaction info is deleted.

All direct PayPal gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. This is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. At no point during the transaction, the Company takes custody or stores your credit card information. This process is monitored and managed by PayPal. You can read their terms of service, privacy policy and PCI Compliance information on their site.

Third-Part Services

In general, our third-party providers will only use personal information to the necessary extent to perform their services. Payment gateways and transactions processors, have their own privacy policies. This applies to the information we’re required to provide to them your purchase-related transactions.

We recommend you to read their privacy policies, for a better understanding on how they’ll handle your personal information. Also, remember that some providers can be in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you proceed with a transaction involving a third-party service provider, your information can be subject to their jurisdiction(s)’ laws. For instance, you are in Canada and use a payment gateway located in the US. Your personal info, then, may be disclosed under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our website, you’re no longer under this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use. Furthermore, some links within our web may direct you away from our site. We are not liable for other sites’ privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Security

We take precautions, and follow best practices, to protect your personal information. This includes making sure it’s not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us your credit card information, it will be encrypted using SSL technology with AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. Although, you must note no method of electronic transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure.
