Ismael is the founder of the Capicua brand and the majority owner of its parent company, Larnick SRL. Further, he has over ten years of experience managing Software and Design projects. A flexible, service-oriented professional, he brings a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and cost-effective solutions. Ismael is also an avid collector of vintage advertising items and a fan of Mad Men.
Carlos's strategic vision and smooth Design and Brand Management coordination ensured him successful endeavors, like recasting PwC as a global brand. While he joined the team in 2013 as a UX/UI Designer, he transitioned to Project Manager before landing his role of COO. With his incredible intuition and patience, Carlos leads business success while relying on human, people-first approaches.
Mauricio was the first to join Ismael in Capicua's offices. While starting as a designer, he handled different roles, including administration and HR. As the company grew, he returned to his true passion, leading the Design team. He has tremendous professional experience in digital and printed design, with a portfolio that includes companies like TT Logics and PwC and brands like The Discovery Channel and Cartoon Network.
Before Capicua, Rosina already had a promising career with ventures like Prometeo and Oktana Corporation. She became a part of the team in 2020 as Head Recruiter and grew to People Care Chief. In this role, she is key to developing and managing collaborators' well-being programs that foster team members' growth, like partnerships with renowned academic institutions for continuous learning that updates teams' knowledge.
With vast international experience working abroad in New Zealand and Spain, Pablo's portfolio includes Matchmind and Vodafone's caliber. Once Capicua transitioned into Product Development, his management knowledge was key as he led the tech department. Nowadays, Pablo works as the Development Team Leader while being a partner at Capicua.
