• Analyze and resolve production problems, assessing risk and alternatives and implementing pragmatic roadmaps.
• Evaluate and interpret requirements to design, develop and implement appropriate capabilities.
• Perform code reviews, identifying issues to reduce technical debt and providing recommendations
• Inspire and mentor your engineering colleagues, especially junior engineers in your charge.
• Identify ways to raise the quality bar of the team, systems, and organization around you.
• Deliver products/systems through their full life cycle, from idea to and maintenance/iteration.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, operations, client services, and cross-functional teams.

• BS degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years software application development and design experience.
• Experience building large, complex systems, particularly web services, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD.
• Proficient in Python and Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
• C#/Java Experience.
• Understand design principles behind a scalable application..
• Prior experience collaborating with Product Managers and Owners.
• Eperience inone or more of PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure.
• ‍Nice to have: Experience with Angular.
• ‍Nice to have: Experience with microservice and serverless architectures‍
• Nice to have: Understanding and experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.‍
• Nice to have: Extensive use of tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI.
