We are seeking candidates experienced in Digital Web Analytics to join our client's Corporate Business Technology team, supporting the digital reporting and measurement needs of their Global Corporate Affairs function.

This role will partner closely with an existing consultant, helping to deliver high-impact analytics, dashboards and reporting solutions across global stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager(GTM), BigQuery, and Looker Studio, along with strong skills in dashboarding, data visualization, and technical web tracking.

They should be highly collaborative, detail-oriented and capable of translating business needs into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of web analytics dashboards and reportingtools using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery.
• Implement and manage tagging strategies through Google Tag Manager to ensureaccurate tracking of key digital KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Digital Technical Product Owner and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and turn them into scalable analytics solutions.
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities in digital engagement across internal and external-facing platforms.
• Partner with global stakeholders to align on data definitions, tracking strategies, and visualization needs.
• Troubleshoot tracking and data integrity issues across digital platforms and recommend resolutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of metrics, tracking implementations, and dashboard configurations.
• Stay current with web analytics best practices and Google platform updates to proactively identify opportunities for enhancement.

• Previous experience supporting internal communications, global branding or public-facing corporate websites.
• Experience building UTM frameworks or custom event tracking plans.
• Experience working across global teams and time zones.
