Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of web analytics dashboards and reportingtools using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery.
  • Implement and manage tagging strategies through Google Tag Manager to ensureaccurate tracking of key digital KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Technical Product Owner and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and turn them into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Perform data analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities in digital engagement across internal and external-facing platforms.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to align on data definitions, tracking strategies, and visualization needs.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and data integrity issues across digital platforms and recommend resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of metrics, tracking implementations, and dashboard configurations.
  • Stay current with web analytics best practices and Google platform updates to proactively identify opportunities for enhancement.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience supporting internal communications, global branding or public-facing corporate websites.
  • Experience building UTM frameworks or custom event tracking plans.
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones.
