Context

B2B marketing often struggles to manage multiple platforms for lead capture, email campaigns, CRM, and analytics, resulting in time-consuming integrations. In this context, Entresoft provides a unified solution. 

The platform integrates website and funnel builders, survey tools, appointment scheduling, follow-up campaigns, AI-driven message customization, CRM, and course delivery into one platform. Its AI and ML features enable scalable personalization without the usual manual effort, making Entresoft a comprehensive system for modern business growth.

Problem

Entresoft had a strong product with rich features, but its digital presence and user onboarding did not effectively convey this value. The website needed to clearly showcase its capabilities across Capture, Nurture, and Close stages without overwhelming users. 

Additionally, the sign-up and login processes required support for various user roles, reflecting the platform's complexity. Without a well-designed interface, Entresoft risked losing potential customers before they could appreciate its value.

Solution

Capicua partnered with Entresoft to build a digital presence that communicated the platform's value at a glance. We led UX design using Figma, building clean, intuitive flows that guided users without overwhelming them, and then translated those designs into a polished WordPress site using the Divi Builder.

We built user-type-specific login and sign-up flows to accommodate the different roles within the Entresoft ecosystem, a functional requirement for a multi-tier B2B platform: agency owners, business clients, and team members each get an experience that matches their context and permissions.

The strategy focused on presenting Entresoft's Capture, Nurture, and Close framework in a way that resonated with business owners who understand their funnel stages. This solution turned a complex feature set into a clear, action-oriented narrative.
