Additionally, Good Skin Club regularly donates to the LA DreamCenter and offers paid consultations with dermatologists for an over-the-top skincare product experience.
Good Skin Club had a strong brand identity and unique product philosophy, but its digital presence fell short. An eCommerce store wasn't enough: the minimalist skincare brand's promise of trust, expertise, and personalization needed an engaging platform.
The company required a solution that combined product discovery, professional consultations, educational content, and live interactions in a coherent, approachable way.
The UX challenge was to make face skincare feel personal online. It also needed to cater to various stakeholders, including customers, users booking dermatologist sessions, medical staff, and business teams, necessitating careful design and architecture.

Capicua handled the full UX and UI design for Good Skin Club, creating a skin care skincare web app that went beyond simple eCommerce. We developed user personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance journeys across interactions and brand values.
The platform integrated diverse content types, including skincare skin care products, blogs, live streams, and consultation bookings, with tailored interfaces for customers, medical staff, and administrators. We also created landing pages and a funding deck to support Good Skin Club's growth in both product and business development.
