Junior analyst supporting the banking delivery team in documenting businessrequirements, current-state workflows, and use case mapping.

Responsibilities
- Requirements: Support senior analysts in gathering, documenting, and organizing business requirements from bank units.
- Process & stories: Create detailed current-state process diagrams, draft user stories, and outline clear acceptance criteria.
- Backlog & docs: Maintain the agile team backlog, ensure JIRA tickets are up-to-date, and manage project documentation spaces.
- Team coordination: Coordinate communication channels and meeting structures between bank business teams and technical squads.
- UAT support: Assist in the coordination of User AcceptanceTesting (UAT) and document client testing feedback.
- Use case research: Conduct basic competitive research and baseline data analysis to validate potential AI use cases.
